At Norvane, each item is made to order with care and precision. Because of this, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail.

Made-to-Order Items

All Norvane products are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour preference
  • Orders placed in error

Please ensure all details are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence is provided

Once approved, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.

Returns Process

  • We do not require faulty items to be returned
  • Photo evidence will be used to verify the issue
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items ordered with incorrect size or colour selection
